Registration Guidelines
Registration for all grades for the new school year will begin the previous January.
Admission of Non-Parish Students
We welcome children of other faiths to St. Thomas More Catholic School
Parents/guardians are required to agree in writing to:
All parents have the responsibility to return the following completed forms:
Birth Certificate: When enrolling child for the first time (Kindergarten Only).
Baptismal Certificate: If child was baptized in a parish other than St. Thomas More.
Child Registration Form: This form gives the school the necessary information about your child, where you can be reached in an emergency, the child's source of medical care, financial agreement, and parent release information required for specific parental authorization.
Immunization Record: State law requires that only children whose immunizations are current upon admission throughout enrollment are eligible for attendance.
Health Care Provider Form: Form to be filled out by HCP as a declaration of child's health (Preschool Only).

- Children attending Pre-K must be three years of age by September 1st of enrollment year.
- Children attending Junior Kindergarten must be five years of age by December 31st of enrollment year.
- Children attending Kindergarten must be five years of age by September 1st of enrollment year.

- permit their child to attend religion classes and religious functions that are offered as part of the school program.
- accept and to promote the philosophy, goals, objectives, and regulations of our school.
