Annual tuition* for the 2024-2025 School Year

- Pre-K Two Day: $1,150/year or $115/month
- 3 yr olds - 8:20 - 11:15 am - T/Th
- Pre-K Three Day: $1,300/year or $130/month
- 4 yr olds - 8:20 - 11:15 am - M/W/F
- Junior Kindergarten: $4,150/year or $415/month
- 4-5 yr olds by referral/screening - 8:20 am - 3:30 pm (2 pm Wednesday dismissal)
- Kindergarten - 5th Grade: $2,700/year or $270/month
- Pastorate member - 8:20 am - 3:30 pm (2 pm Wednesday dismissal)
- Kindergarten - 5th Grade: $3,700/year or $370/month
- Non-pastorate member** - 8:20 am - 3:30 pm (2 pm Wednesday dismissal)

Registration Fee: 1 month payment due with registration form
Payment Methods
*Tuition amounts are recommended by the Parish Finance Committee to the School Board prior to the formal adaptation of the annual school budget. Notice of tuition amounts will be given to parents/guardians at registration, which will be held the first weekend in February each year or upon enrollment of their child/children in St. Thomas More Catholic School.
**Non-pastorate member students will be assessed additional tuition to help offset the parish support provided to the school.
Registration Fee: 1 month payment due with registration form
- Monthly: 9 payments due on the 15th of each month, starting Sept. 15 and ending May 15
- Semi-annual - 2 payments due Sept. 15 and Jan. 15
- Annual - 1 payment due Sept.15

Budgeting for a program of quality Catholic education requires that the family of each student honors its commitment to pay tuition when due.
Additional Details
At this time, we cannot offer discounts for families who have more than one child attending the school.
No deductions will be made for vacations or absenteeism.

St. Thomas More Catholic School is committed to the principle that no child will be refused attendance because of the inability to pay tuition. If a family is unable to meet their financial commitment, they can apply for tuition assistance. Families who would like to receive tuition assistance need to apply online by May 31 through TADS.
Contribution Towards a Scholarship Fund
If it is within your capability to contribute more towards the total tuition cost, you are encouraged to do so. The money supports a scholarship fund set up to help families who require tuition assistance. Any amount contributed is tax deductible.

- TADS is an online confidential third-party service used by Catholic schools and does not divulge any financial information to schools. It merely recommends to our finance committee how much tuition assistance each student needs. The committee then will work on trying to meet that need for each family.
